Jason serves alongside the vision of Jean Héder Petit-Frère International, helping strengthen organizational effectiveness, coordination, and strategic execution. With a heart for service and a growing passion for impact, he supports various areas,   including operations, scheduling, travel coordination, project management, and leadership initiatives

Having navigated personal challenges and transformative experiences of his own, Jason brings authenticity, resilience, and a perspective shaped by growth. His desire is not merely to assist—but to contribute meaningfully toward building systems that help carry vision, serve people, and advance Kingdom influence.

As the son of Dr. Jean Héder Petit-Frère, he joins a legacy of service while developing his own voice and contribution for this generation.

Pastor Nadine J. Victor

Executive Coordinator

Pastor Nadine J. Victor serves as Executive Coordinator for Jean Héder Petit-Frère International, bringing a spirit of excellence, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to the ministry. Having previously served at the headquarters in Haiti, she continues to play a vital role even after relocating to Ottawa.

She oversees the management of the executive agenda, ensuring precise coordination of pastoral engagements and ministry operations. In addition, she supervises the distribution of the ministry’s publications across various platforms, maintaining consistency, organization, and effective outreach.

As the lead for the Partners Program, Pastor Nadine is instrumental in strengthening relationships and advancing the ministry’s impact through attentive, professional, and sustained support to partners worldwide. Her work reflects both administrative excellence and a deep dedication to the Kingdom.

Anzel Spiller

Registrar and Administrative Lead

Anzél Spiller serves as the Registrar and Administrative Lead of the Kingdom Leadership Institute, bringing over three decades of excellence in education, training, and organizational development. She is the founder of ETA Development Solutions (est. 2008) and a seasoned faith-based curriculum and content specialist.

With a BTech in Human Resource Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA), Anzél has extensive expertise in curriculum design, learning program development, outcomes-based assessment, facilitation, and moderation. Her work is marked by structure, precision, and a deep commitment to raising standards in both academic and Kingdom environments.

Passionate about excellence and order, she plays a critical role in ensuring that the Institute operates with integrity, efficiency, and a clear alignment to its Kingdom mandate.

Wadner Vilier

Technology and Multimedia's Specialist

Wadner Vilier is a dedicated technology and multimedia specialist with a keen eye for design and innovation. Known as the go-to expert for all things tech and graphics, he consistently delivers creative solutions that elevate both message and presentation.

Driven by excellence and integrity, Wadner is deeply committed to representing the Kingdom with professionalism and precision. His work reflects not only technical skill, but a heart to serve, ensuring that every project communicates purpose, clarity, and impact.

Marie Suze Petit-Frère

Director of Public Relations & Event Coordination

Marie Suze Petit-Frère is a trusted and longstanding member of the leadership team, having faithfully served for many years as both Public Relations lead and accountant. As Dr. Jean Héder Petit-Frère’s only biological sister, she brings not only professional excellence but also a deep personal alignment with the vision and mission of the ministry.

Her consistency, loyalty, and integrity have made her one of the most dependable pillars within the organization. Even while residing in Canada, her commitment has remained unwavering, continuing to serve with diligence and precision. Currently, she oversees event coordination and public relations, ensuring that every engagement is executed with excellence and that the ministry’s voice is represented with clarity, dignity, and impact.
